Lord I shall look to you in all my sorrow and pain. Few months ago Dr. Robi came and explain about the different form of pains with can be put together to form BLAST.
B - Bored
L - Loneliness
A - Agitated
S - Stress
T - Tired
When we are going through pain, our mind will naturally want to find a way to resolve it. However, that thought have to go through our emotional part of the mind first before arriving at the logical thinking part of the mind. Thats why when we experience any form of pain, we might give in to temptations because the temptations will come first, before the logical thinking. Don't give in to temptation. From today onwards, I shall not give in to the temptations that I have been giving into so many times now. Temptations only last for 5-7minutes. So if you can go through 7minutes without giving you, you should be safe :)
Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
